VIS was highly awarded at contest "Good Trade Union Officials 2019"

 

The contest aims at disseminating policies and regimes to employees, raising awareness and operational skills of Trade Union Officials, positively contribute to implementing the policies and regimes for employees at companies.

 

The contest is also an opportunity for Trade Union Officials to show their abilities in a comprehensive way, to exchange experiences and knowledge about trade union activities in order to make Trade Union develop more and more.

 

There were 15 local trade unions attending this year's contest. Candidates took the test in 3 parts: Learn about legal knowledge, solving situation skills in union activities and personal talent.

 

With a maximum score of 20/20 at legal knowledge, excellent solving situations skills and satisfactory talent, Mr. Bui Huu Giang - Member of Executive Board of VIS Trade Union, Chairman of Hai Phong Trade Union; a representative of VIS Trade Union won the 3rd PRIZE.

 

The contest’s results show that the Board of Directors coming from Kyoei Steel Group always support VIS Trade Union activities and facilitate employees to develop trade union, make VIS Trade Union stronger.
